Configuring private container registry integration
Magic Containers offers advanced features for managing, scaling, and deploying containerized applications with unprecedented ease. By connecting your private registry, you retain control over your container images while leveraging Magic Containers' cutting-edge functionalities.
What you'll need
Before you dive in, make sure you have the following prerequisites in place:
- A bunny.net account ( Log in or sign up for a free trial).
Two pathways to integration: Docker Hub or GitHub
It's important to note that Magic Containers provides flexibility in integration, allowing you to connect via either Docker Hub or GitHub. This versatility ensures that the integration process remains streamlined and efficient regardless of your preferred platform.
Integrating with Magic Containers
To integrate your private registry with the Magic Containers platform, follow the steps below:

Login to bunny.net dashboard .

Navigate to the Magic Containers section, select ImageRegistries and click Add Image Registry.
- Fill in the following fields:
- Registry: Select the proper registry type from the drop-down menu (Github or Docker).
- Username: Enter your username or organization for Docker Hub or GitHub.
- Personal access token: If you are using GitHub or Docker Hub, you must provide your personal access token. Make sure your personal access token has read-only permissions set (or activated)!

- Click Add Image Registry.
